In addition to experience with parenting time issues, Jamie has handled a variety of third party custody and grandparent visitation cases.
Quote: “Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser — in fees, expenses, and waste of time. As a peacemaker the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man. There will still be business enough.” ~ Abraham Lincoln
In addition to civil litigation, Jamie enjoys working closely with individuals and families to reach their health and estate planning needs. She enjoys assisting families to craft unique “life” plans that accomplish their goals using a combination of wills, trusts, power-of-attorneys, transfer-on-death provisions, living wills and other advance directives.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys reading, watching Jeopardy, and spending time with her husband and daughter, and their two dogs.
